Clusters Description
Cluster A – This cluster is designated for allocation to subscribers who are ready for immediate construction but with the intention to COMPLETE their buildings within 3 years (maximum) of allocation. This cluster is not for speculators or investors looking to buy without building construction, for the purpose of earning returns on investment in the future. Please note that there is strict compliance for choosing cluster A. Terms and conditions apply and MUST be adhered to.
Cluster B – This cluster is designated for allocation to subscribers who may or may not be ready to begin construction and have no intention of early completion. These subscribers can buy and complete at their own time beyond 3 years. Subscribers buying for just investment, that is, to resell in the future can also purchase from this cluster.
Cluster C – This cluster is designated to those who do not have any intension to build but are purchasing as an investment for future gains. However, if they do want to build to finish at any time in the future, then they can purchase from this cluster. Cluster C is also the ONLY cluster designated to subscribers who want to build bungalows (without pent floor) irrespective of when they intend to complete the construction. Please note that very limited plots are available for construction of bungalows within this cluster.
